✨I like to describe SGT as half way between Personal Training and an Exercise Class.
✨It’s Personal because there’s only 3 people in a session, and I know your name and what you’re trying to achieve; but it’s like a class because you all do the same workout and you’re not on your own. So it’s like PT but without the cost.💰❌💰
✨The sessions are very relaxed and you can go at your own pace - there’s no pressure - and if you need modifications then we can change things to suit your needs.
✨There is always a lot of chat and a few laughs along the way plus great music to keep you moving!
