✨All you need to bring with you is a drink, a mat or towel to use on the ground & PLENTY of Energy!!!
✨All equipment is provided and this includes: barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, steps, battle rope and other fitness equipment 🏋🏻♀️
✨As the sessions are held outdoors in my secluded backyard layers are a good idea so you can take off a sweatshirt or hoody once you’ve warmed up and start sweating! 🥵
✨As always for any exercise - Ladies you need a good, supportive sports bra to make you feel comfortable and prevent any damage to breast tissue.
✨And good, supportive trainers that help to stabilise your ankles to prevent injuries to knees & hips. 👟
