Brain fog: Many women experiencing menopause fatigue report difficulty concentrating and experiencing "brain fog." Mental clarity and focus may be compromised, making it harder to stay alert and perform tasks that require cognitive effort.
Physical symptoms: Menopause fatigue can manifest alongside other physical symptoms such as muscle aches, joint pain, and headaches. These symptoms can contribute to a general feeling of malaise and exhaustion.
