✨SGT is for any & everyone - from unfit to the regular gym goer 🏋🏻‍♀️

✨Over the years I have had all sorts of clients: teenagers, young adults, mums, mid-lifers, couples, friends, men, sisters. And all shapes & sizes.


✨These sessions are perfect for anyone who is new to fitness or starting back after some time off. All exercises can be modified to suit any medical or mobility issues you may have and you can go at your own pace. 🏃🏻‍♀️

✨The sessions are very relaxed so there’s no pressure to keep up - but the workouts can be more intense if needed 🥵
